On-line ordering

Your students order must be placed by 6 pm Sunday to receive lunches for the upcoming week or month.

For example, if you want your student to get lunch for the week of Monday the 14th, the order must be placed by Sunday the 13th before 6 pm. If you try to place your order on Monday for Monday the 14th it will not allow to do so, the next possible day to order a lunch for your student using the online ordering system would be Monday the 21st. If you still want your student to eat Monday the 14th but missed the cutoff date, your child can still eat but they must purchase emergency lunches. Saving your Credit Card Information

Lunch2you allows you to keep your credit card on file in order to speed up the ordering process and also allow your students to receive emergency lunches in case of an emergency. No one at Lunch2you will have access to any of your credit card information. We only have the ability to charge your account if your student receives an emergency lunch.

If you would like to dispute a charge please contact Lunch2you directly. We keep paper copies written up by the school or the person handing out the lunches with your students name and date in which they received the emergency lunch.


All absences must be reported before 8:00 a.m. the morning in which the lunch will be served. Anytime after 8:00a.m. no credit will be given. Online absence reporting will only work if you ordered your lunch online. A credit will be added to your account and deducted from your next lunch order. Credits balance can be viewed on your My Account page.

Account Creation

When creating an account on Lunch2you.com your email address will be added to a mailing list. If you wish to be removed from this list, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.


All credits are handled by Lunch2You. The schools have no information regarding who may or may not have credit(s).


No refund will be given, only credit to purchase another lunch. Credit will only be given if absence is reported before 8 am the morning of.


It is up to the parent to review products used. Lunch2You is in no way responsible for contacting you with this information. Upon request, lunch product label can be faxed over for viewing. When students account is created all parents will receive an email with information regarding students with allergies, if your child has a food allergy of any kind please read that email carefully.
